The architecture at Bellegrass is a celebration of the traditional American cottage. Like older towns that accommodate the housing needs of a full-range of the population, Bellegrass will offer a variety of housing choices - single-family, town homes and multi-family.

Homes feature front porches set close to tree-lined streets imparting the feeling of a traditional hometown. Neighborhoods are named and distinct -- each with a unique park or square as a focal point.
